1. Client Relations Manager and Marketing Assistant
Res Nova Law is looking for a part-time Client Relations Manager and Marketing Assistant to help us help more innovative business and creative clients prosper and thrive. The position will require that the candidate perform at least the below tasks, and probably many more as time allows.

ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable marketing and sales associate to help take our firm to the next level. In this position, you will work with the firm members to spearhead and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities. We're looking for someone as entrepreneurial as we are, who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced but casual environment, has experience providing top-notch customer service, and can provide marketing and sales strategy and support. You are comfortable operating in a (mostly) paperless and remote environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the brand ambassador for Res Nova Law; conduct new client intake and onboarding and manage ongoing client relations and post-matter glidepath.
Update firm CRM and prepare and send engagement agreements.
Locate and book speaking engagements and organize promotional events.
Create and publish the firm's monthly newsletter.
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
Gather and analyze client behavior data (e.g. web traffic, Google rankings).
Generate CRM reports on marketing and sales metrics.
Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events.
Coordinate with the web design team to generate digital and print advertising material.
Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports.
Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities.
Sales and Marketing Requirements and Qualifications
Working towards or possessing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Successful work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or similar position.
Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques.
Significant experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, web analytics, and Google AdWords.
Familiarity with or willing to learn the following software: Clio Grow (formerly Lexicata), Canva, Adobe creative cloud and Squarespace.
Strong knowledge of social media best practices including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, with experience in photography, videography and podcasting a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to keep cool under tight deadlines and with difficult clients.

2. Law Clerk
Res Nova Law is also looking for a 2L or 3L law clerk who has an interest in business and intellectual property law and/or commercial litigation. Experience or interest in entertainment law is a plus.

ABOUT YOU: You are willing to help with legal research and writing, presentations, blogging, and podcasting in the areas of business and intellectual property law. You are a great communicator and love to write. You are entrepreneurial and comfortable learning new technologies. You are comfortable operating in a (mostly) paperless and remote environment. You have the following skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint.
Familiarity with or willing to learn the Westlaw and Case Text.
Law review or other comparable writing experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
